Well what can I ay. It was the hardest thing I have ever done by far. You all kno I have done many Ultra Marathons none compare. It is deemed the Worlds Hardest Mountain Race by the World Govering Body. It is called the hardest race by the World Chapion of Sky Running. I came 8th in the vets. Ony 24% of running finish it in time . You run up the mountain you gain 2500 meters to the sumit of which is 4093 meters over 8.7 kms. Before to do that you run 1.2km up a steep road and then you run up the mountain and the many steps. rocks and then the last 1.7 km is rope climbing.........The total distance is 21km and I can say if anyone is up for it I WILL ORGANISE it for next year. It is the World Championship of Sky Running. So all thse nterestedet me know??? Do you find this valuable?

Well done Woody, that is a brilliant performance - just shows how fit you are.
I am tired out just reading about it.

Congratulations on the impending new arrival and hope Vicky and Harrision are well.

Sounds good to me. Just a bit of extreme Fell Running! :-) What time did you do? and the winner?

Mark should add it to the XC champs. I'd love to give it a go, but the boss woudn't let me.

Hope you are all well and I'll add my congrats.
