Best wishes and good luck to you Mark (Hurrell ) in your Ironman Triathlon next weekend....remember to get some grub down (but not one of your pies!) and put Barnsley AC on the Ironman map!! Do you find this valuable?

I'll second that, but don't start thinking about adding the Ironman to the points league! :-) Do you find this valuable?

Good luck to you, Mark, I'll be checking those results come the weekend! What will they call you afterwards, though? Pi(ron)eman? Ironpieman?Ironpie?
I'm just MRI man at the mo, awaiting my results to see what has prevented me from running for most of the year.
Incidentally, just wondered if anyone was interested in doing LEJOG in a few years to mark my 40th? It'll be either the first two weeks of the summer hols of 2012 or 2013. I'd like to do something monumental for the occasion like Mark is doing! Do you find this valuable?
